The Motor

The Mk-4 is designed to be driven by a Gravitron LAAA4002 DC Electric motor with a direct chain drive to the back axel

The Power

The Mk-4 power surplice is six re-chargeable solar fuel cells designed to last a max of one hour before a pit is needed for a fuel cell change over

Ramp it up

The back end has a frame that folds out, it protects the motor and controllers but when pulled out folds down under the Mk-4 lifting the back wheels off the ground which allows for a safer pit service

Big Fat Slicks & Electric Shocks

The  Mk-4 uses large racing tyres and has a street style suspension. The idea is that some of the tracks are built around temporary sites which could involve large curbs, lumps, bumps & jumps

The Mechanics

The Mk-4 is designed to be as simple to maintain and service as a quality mountain bike. The Electric Motors mantra is

"keep it simple"
